Katherine Lambert, our Lotus Point Wellness nutritionist, believes strongly that achieving total mind-body health is impossible without first optimizing what you are eating every day. It’s like putting a broken arm in a sling without first setting the bone. A healthy way of eating should be a part of any therapy – it is like setting the bone for being able to achieve your goals.
Katherine loves working with clients to find healthy foods that fit with their lifestyle and families, their food preferences, cooking skills and budget. She teaches mindful eating practices to develop awareness and make connections between what you eat and how you feel. She also works with targeted supplements and herbs for therapeutic support when needed but her main approach is: food first, then the superfoods and then supplements and herbs.

Katherine Lambert, MS, CNS, LDN is a board-certified and licensed dietician-nutritionist as well as a trained Restart® instructor and an avid “foodie.” She is happiest in the kitchen developing yummy healthy recipes which can help her clients discover delicious ways to optimize their health with food.
In addition to practicing at Lotus Point Wellness, Katherine consults with patients with complex chronic conditions at a medical practice in North Bethesda.
