ALthough we aren't offering wellness services at this time, we do provide the following information for you to read. We believe that using holistic and integrative approaches to wellness can be a vital and essential part of creating an overall feeling of wellbeing and wholness.

Healthy dietary choices improve overall well-being. Exploration of food habits and behaviors, perceptions and attitudes, lifestyle factors and more are used to help create individual short-term and long-term plans.

Acupuncture is very effective in treating acute and chronic conditions, mental and/or physical — from depression, anxiety, stress, insomnia, fatigue to migraines, sinus congestion, digestive disorders, arthritis, and inflammatory diseases.

At Lotus Point Wellness, we believe in yoga as a natural extension of the therapy experience. It is a self-care modality that many of our clients are already interested in doing as part of their individual or group work. However, there are many that have yet to add this practice to their journey towards wellness, and we encourage all our clients to try yoga as a part of their journey.

Herbal medicine is the people’s medicine.  It comes from centuries of tradition passed down through the ages from many different cultures and ancestors from around the globe.  It uses energetics to understand the natural world.  Observing nature and energetics was the only way our ancestors knew how to describe and classify the world around them.  From this, the medicine wheel came about.
