Our webinars, workshops and retreats vary but all focus on topics of interest regarding mental health issues, nutritional information, I and/or wellbeing, including yoga practices and mindfulness oriented topics. Retreats incorporate a variety of services in the overall experience.

Cognitive behavioral therapy for insomnia (CBT-I) can help you control or eliminate negative thoughts and actions that keep you awake and is generally recommended as the first line of treatment for people with insomnia. Typically, CBT-I is equally or more effective than sleep medications.

Mandi Mader, LCSW-C, will offer a LIVE WEBINAR, via Zoom, to discuss 12 proven ways to sleep better, with an additional discussion of common current sleep challenges and specific interventions to help.
Mandi is an associate with Lotus Point Wellness, an integrative and holistic counseling and wellness practice. She has been a psychotherapist for over 20 years and has a special interest in how mental health and sleep are connected. She is trained to treat insomnia with Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT-I). Recently, she received advanced training in treating insomnia at the University of Pennsylvania School of Psychiatry.

Healthy dietary choices improve overall well-being. Exploration of food habits and behaviors, perceptions and attitudes, lifestyle factors and more are used to help create individual short-term and long-term plans.

At Lotus Point Wellness, we believe in yoga as a natural extension of the therapy experience. It is a self-care modality that many of our clients are already interested in doing as part of their individual or group work. However, there are many that have yet to add this practice to their journey towards wellness, and we encourage all our clients to try yoga as a part of their journey.
